Graduate Licensure Program Available in Lawrence 

The University of Kansas enrolls students from every state in the nation and more than 110 countries.  Considered to be one of the most beautiful in the nation, the main campus at the University of Kansas is located in Lawrence, Kansas.  The Lawrence Campus occupies 1,000 acres on and around historic Mount Oread in Lawrence, a community of more than 80,000 in the forested hills of eastern Kansas.

The KU Department of Health, Sport & Exercise Sciences (HSES) has a home the Robinson Center, a student-centered recreation and fitness facility.  The original Robinson Gymnasium was constructed in 1907 and Dr. James Naismith (inventor of the game of basketball) played a key role in the planning and construction of the facility.  Building amenities include: nine classrooms, six basketball courts, three workout rooms, a gymnastics room, two swimming pools, and various laboratories for research and study.
