Summary

Tyler Epp (JD 2003) was hired as the Kansas City Chiefs’ Vice President of Business Development in 2013. Epp is skilled and experienced in partnership development, commercial program development and management, negotiation, team building, personnel hiring and management, creative problem solving, and implementing positive organizational change. In his role with the club, Epp oversees corporate partnership sales and service, local and regional media rights negotiation and implementation, premium sales and service, and ticket sales and operations. He is responsible for establishing the commercial direction for the franchise, including maintaining and establishing relationships with key members of the business community in Kansas City and throughout Chiefs Kingdom. Epp joined the Chiefs after four years as the Vice President of Business Development and later Senior Vice President of Business Development with MLB’s San Diego Padres.
