Ramsey Nijem

Ramsey Nijem is Men's Basketball Director of Performance at the University of Kansas. Coach Nijem joined the KU staff in 2019 after 5 years with the NBA's Sacramento Kings as their Asst. (2014-16) and then Head S&C Coach (2016-19). During that time, Nijem completed a dual Doctorate of Science degree in Human & Sport Performance as well as Health Promotion & Wellness. His research has examined in-game load measures and injury-risk, as well as EMG and ground reaction forces with variable resistance exercise. His insight & training will be a big asset to the JAPL.
