Biography

Conor McNally joined the Kansas Football Sports Performance Staff in May of 2021. With the Jayhawks, McNally assists in all facets of athletic development and directly oversees the sport science program. Prior to his time in Lawrence, McNally served as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach with the University at Buffalo Football program dating back to the 2017 season. McNally also served as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at Wofford College. Additionally, McNally worked as a strength coach at Absolute Performance in Buffalo, NY and has completed internships with the Buffalo Bills Strength Staff, Cressey Sports Performance, and Indianapolis Fitness and Sports Training (IFAST).
