Biography

Madi is originally from Cedar Rapids, Iowa and with an unforeseen passion for Big 12 Football and sport science that has grown exponentially throughout her academic career.

M.S. in Sports Science, University of Pittsburg
B.S. in Kinesiology (Exercise Science), Iowa State University

  • Utilization of wearable technologies to measure physical demands
  • Head kinematics and other physiological measures in American football players for the purpose of athletic development
  • Injury-risk management
  • Training periodization; relationship between external and internal loads in American football players
