Biography —
Minh Nguyen is a second-year PhD student in Exercise Physiology at the University of Kansas. Originally from Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. He transitioned from a career in engineering to pursue my true passion in Exercise Science. My interest in this field was sparked by my desire to improve health awareness and promote active lifestyles, especially among children and adolescents in developing countries. In 2018, I founded a youth strength and conditioning center in Vietnam to address the lack of quality health education and fitness resources. My ongoing research aims to bridge these gaps and contribute to global health improvements.
